Meet Steve Lang

No one understands California better than Steve.  After completing his BS from San Diego State University, Steve began working as an auditor for Chemical Bank, moved into the appraisal industry, and finally settled into real estate and lending specializing in commercial and residential financing for purchases, refinancing, and construction.  

 

As an independent Broker, Steve has a fiduciary duty to serve you, which is a legal requirement to represent principals to the highest standard and act solely in his client’s best interests.  As a Broker, he is held to the highest industry standards with rigorous ongoing compliance training, background checks through the DOJ and FBI, financial statements, continuing education requirements, national mortgage registration and oversight by 27 different regulatory bodies.
